Kadhi with Pakaudi

Ingredients

Curd

Besan
20 gram
Oil
10 ml
Curry leaf
4-5 piece
Hing
A pinch
Fenugreek
2 gram
Turmeric
A pinch
Chopped coriander
For garnish
Besan
50 gram
Chopped onion
5 gram
Chopped chili
2 gram
Chopped
5 gram
Ajwain
A pinch
Salt
To taste

Method
  1.  Make the pakaudi using besan and all above ingredients, keep a side.
  2. Take a clean bowl, add curd and besan mix well.
  3.  Heat oil, add curry leaf fenugreek hing temper it.
  4. Add turmeric and curd stir well and salt also cook well when ready, deep the pakaudi into Kadhi stir well garnish and serve.
