Lemon Rice

Ingredients
Quantity
Long grain rice
200 gram
Ghee
40 ml
Curry leaf
4-5 pc
Mustard seed (White)
2 gram
Dry chilly
2-3 pc
Turmeric
A pinch
Salt
To taste
Lemon juice
40 ml
Chana dal
15 gram

Method

  1. Heat ghee on a pot add dry chilly, curry leaf and mustard temper it.
  2.  Now add soaked dal, cook few minutes.
  3. Add turmeric, rice, water, lemon juice and salt. Cook well in slow heat, cover with lid when ready and serve.
