White gravy


Ingredients
Quantity
Kaju
100 gram
Magaj(Melon seed)
30 gram
Onion
100 gram
Green chili
3-4 pieces
Milk
500 ml
Salt, White pepper
To taste
Butter/ghee
100 ml
W.G masala (Whole garam)
10 gram
G.G. Paste
40 gram
Cardamom powder
3 gram

Method
  1. Take a clean pot add milk, Kaju, Magaj and onion, green chili boil up to it become soft.
  2.  Now, strain it let it cool and blend it makes a fine paste of Kaju keep aside.
  3. Now heat ghee on a pot add a whole garam masala temper it.
  4. Add G.G paste, make brown.
  5. Add Kaju paste, salt, pepper, cardamom powder and cook well.
  6. When ready, keep, and use as required.
