Khuwa | 100 gram |
Paneer (Chhena) | 100 gram |
Cardamom powder | A pinch |
Flour | 30 gram |
Sugar | 500 gram |
Rosewater | 5 ml |
Method
- Mix khuwa, paneer, and flour well. Add a little cardamom powder kneads well make small balls and keep aside with cover.
- Another side boil the water with sugar.
- Remove the scum, make clear and thick sugar syrup.
- Now heat the ghee on a karahi, deep fry the ball in it make light brown keep out and dip in sugar syrup for a while and serve hot.
