Ingredients

Khuwa

Paneer (Chhena)
100 gram
Cardamom powder
A pinch
Flour
30 gram
Sugar
500 gram
Rosewater
5 ml

Method
  1. Mix khuwa, paneer, and flour well. Add a little cardamom powder kneads well make small balls and keep aside with cover.
  2.  Another side boil the water with sugar.
  3.  Remove the scum, make clear and thick sugar syrup.
  4. Now heat the ghee on a karahi, deep fry the ball in it make light brown keep out and dip in sugar syrup for a while and serve hot.
