- Cut the onion into slice and deep fry, make brown. Keep out the mix with curd blend well make a fine paste.
- Now heat ghee on a pot, add a whole garam masala crackle it.
- Add G.G paste to make brown.
- Now add turmeric, chili powder, G.M powder, Kaju paste, onion paste, Tomato puree, salt, and cook well up to it become done. When ready, use as required.
