Ingredients

Ghee
50 gram
W.G masala
10 gram
Onion (Slice)
200 gram
Curd
50 ml
Tomato paste
35 ml
Turmeric
5 gram
Red chili powder
5 gram
G.M powder
10 gram
Kaju paste
50 gram
Salt
To taste

Method
  1. Cut the onion into slice and deep fry, make brown. Keep out the mix with curd blend well make a fine paste.
  2. Now heat ghee on a pot, add a whole garam masala crackle it.
  3. Add G.G paste to make brown.
  4. Now add turmeric, chili powder, G.M powder, Kaju paste, onion paste, Tomato puree, salt, and cook well up to it become done. When ready, use as required.
