Ingredients

Ghee
75 gm
Whole garam masala
10 gm
Long grain rice
200 gm
Dry nuts
20 gm
Rose water
5 ml
Water
250 ml

Method

  1.  Wash and soak the rice up to 20 minutes.
  2.  Heat ghee on a heavy thick bottom pan.
  3. Add whole garam masala, crackle it.
  4.  Add dry nuts and make lightly brown.
  5.  Now add soaked rice, cook few minutes stir carefully.
  6. Now add Luke warm water stir well and rose water, also and cover with lid tightly, simmer the heat.
  7. When ready serve.
