Method
- Wash and soak the rice up to 20 minutes.
- Heat ghee on a heavy thick bottom pan.
- Add whole garam masala, crackle it.
- Add dry nuts and make lightly brown.
- Now add soaked rice, cook few minutes stir carefully.
- Now add Luke warm water stir well and rose water, also and cover with lid tightly, simmer the heat.
- When ready serve.
