W.G. Masala | 10 gram |
G.G paste | 30 gram |
Fresh tomato | 200 gram |
Tomato puree | 100 ml |
Kaju paste | 75 gram |
Honey | 10 ml |
Kasoori methi | 5 gram |
G.M powder | 10 gram |
Red chili powder | 5 gram |
Salt | To taste |
Onion | 50 gram |
- Wash and cut the tomatoes and boil with onion.
- When it becomes done, let it cool and blend make a fine paste.
- Now heat ghee on a pot and crackle with W.G masala.
- Add G.G paste and make brown.
- Now add tomato paste, puree, Kaju paste, honey, Kasoori methi, G.M powder, salt chili powder and cook well when it became ready, keep out use as required.
