W.G. Masala
10 gram
G.G paste
30 gram
Fresh tomato
200 gram
Tomato puree
100 ml
Kaju paste
75 gram
Honey
10 ml
Kasoori methi
5 gram
G.M powder
10 gram
Red chili powder
5 gram
Salt
To taste
Onion

Method
  1. Wash and cut the tomatoes and boil with onion.
  2. When it becomes done, let it cool and blend make a fine paste.
  3. Now heat ghee on a pot and crackle with W.G masala.
  4. Add G.G paste and make brown.
  5. Now add tomato paste, puree, Kaju paste, honey, Kasoori methi, G.M powder, salt chili powder and cook well when it became ready, keep out use as required.
