Chicken Curry

Ingredients

Oil
20 ml
Chicken pieces
200 gram
W.G masala
5 gram
G.G paste
20 gram
Chopped/slice onion
40 gram
Chopped chili
5 gram
Turmeric
2 gram
G.M powder
5 gram
Chili powder
2 gram
Salt
To taste
Chopped coriander
For garnish
Water
As required

Method
  1. Wash and cut the chicken.
  2.  Heat oil add W.G masala, temper.
  3. Add G.G paste make brown.
  4. Now add onion, make light brown, add chicken pieces in it, cook few minutes.
  5. Add turmeric, chili powder, G.M powder, salt cook few minutes more.
  6.  When it become half done, add tomato and water cook well.
  7.  When ready, garnish and serve.
