Nargishi Kofta Curry

Ingredients

Mince meat

Boiled egg

Butter
25 gram
W.G. Masala
2 gram
G.G. paste
10 gram
Brown gravy
100 gram
G.M powder
5 gram
Salt
To taste
Chopped coriander
For garnish
Kaju paste
200 gram

Method

  1.  Add mince to a clean bowl, mix chopped, G.G, Salt, chili powder, G.M powder with mince mix well.
  2. Boil the egg and completely coat with meat then deep fry it make light brown and keep out.
  3.  Now, prepare brown gravy while serving, cut the egg into half, set on a bowl, pour gravy on top, garnish well and serve.
