Chicken wings | 8 piece |
Flour | 20 gram |
Corn flour | 20 gram |
G.G paste | 10 gram |
Egg | 1 pc |
Salt, pepper, testing powder, Soya sauce | To taste |
Ketchup | 15 ml |
Hot sauce | 10 ml |
Vinegar | 5 ml |
Method
- Take a clean bowl, add flour, corn flour, G.G paste, egg season, ketchup, hot sauce, vinegar, mix well make fine batter.
- Marinate the wings in the batter for a while.
- Now heat oil on a pot, deep fry the wings up to it become golden brown or well done.
- When ready, keep out the serve with hot garlic sauce.
