Flour
20 gram
Corn flour
20 gram
G.G paste
10 gram
Egg
1 pc
Salt, pepper, testing powder, Soya sauce
To taste
Ketchup
15 ml
Hot sauce
10 ml
Vinegar
5 ml

Method
  1. Take a clean bowl, add flour, corn flour, G.G paste, egg season, ketchup, hot sauce, vinegar, mix well make fine batter.
  2. Marinate the wings in the batter for a while.
  3. Now heat oil on a pot, deep fry the wings up to it become golden brown or well done.
  4. When ready, keep out the serve with hot garlic sauce.
