Tandoori masala
Ingredients

Hung curd
200 ml
G.G paste
40 ml
Lemon juice
20 ml
Cumin, coriander pwd
10 gram
Garam Masala pwd
10 gram
Rogni mirch
5 gram
Black pepper
3 gram
Salt
To taste
Lemon yellow colour
As required
Mix well.

Tandoori Chicken

Whole chicken
1 pc
Tandoori masala
As required
Lemon juice
5 ml
G.G paste
5 ml
Chili powder
2 gram
Salt
To taste

Method:
First marinate 

  1. Take a whole chicken or divide into 4 pc (Breast + leg) wash & clean it.
  2. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, lemon juice, G.G paste & chili powder keep few minutes.

Second marinate

  1. Now again marinate the chicken into tandoori masala for a period.
  2. Take a iron rod and skewer the chicken in it and cook into preheated charcoal oven up to it become done.
  3. While cooking brush the chicken with butter or oil.
  4. When ready, keep out cut into pieces & serve with salads and mint chutney.
