Method
- Wash and soak the dal up to 8 hours and boil it.
- Heat butter on a pot, add dry chili, cumin seed, hing temper it.
- Add onion, G.G make brown.
- Now add tomatoes, turmeric, C.C powder and salt make fine masala.
- Now add boiled dal, cook well when ready, garnish and serve.
