Method
- Cut the paneer and lightly deep fry it.
- Heat ghee on a pot, add W.G masala crackle it add G.G paste make brown.
- Add makhani gravy prepare it correct seasoning.
- When gravy become ready, add paneer pieces in it add cream and khowa then cook few minutes more when ready, garnish and serve.
