Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients
Quantity
Ghee
200 ml
W.G masala
5 gm
G.G paste
10 gm
Paneer(dice)
200 gm
Makhani gravy
300 ml
Kasoori methi
A pinch
Chili powder
A pinch
G.M powder
3 gm
Fresh cream
30 ml
Chopped coriander
For garnish
Khowa( reduced solid milk)
10 gram

Method

  1. Cut the paneer and lightly deep fry it.
  2. Heat ghee on a pot, add W.G masala crackle it add G.G paste make brown.
  3.  Add makhani gravy prepare it correct seasoning.
  4. When gravy become ready, add paneer pieces in it add cream and khowa then cook few minutes more when ready, garnish and serve.
