Method
  1. Mix flour, water, and egg on the bowl knead well make small balls keep aside.
  2. For the mixture, add mince to a bowl and all ingredients.
  3. Now roll the dough in a round shape fill the mixture in the center and seal well.
  4.  Set the mo: mo on the steamer and steam for 8-10 minutes.
  5. When ready, serve with sauce and chutney.

Method
  1. Take a clean bowl, add flour, corn flour, G.G paste, egg season, ketchup, hot sauce, vinegar, mix well make fine batter.
  2. Marinate the wings in the batter for a while.
  3. Now heat oil on a pot, deep fry the wings up to it become golden brown or well done.
  4. When ready, keep out the serve with hot garlic sauce.

Method
  1. Mix khuwa, paneer, and flour well. Add a little cardamom powder kneads well make small balls and keep aside with cover.
  2.  Another side boil the water with sugar.
  3.  Remove the scum, make clear and thick sugar syrup.
  4. Now heat the ghee on a karahi, deep fry the ball in it make light brown keep out and dip in sugar syrup for a while and serve hot.

Method
  1. Wash and grate the carrot and keep a side
  2.  Heat ghee on a pot add dry nuts make light brown.
  3. Add carrot cook few minutes.
  4. Now add milk sugar and cook well.
  5. At last, when it becomes thick or become soft, keep out serve hot.

Method
  1. Cut the onion into slice and deep fry, make brown. Keep out the mix with curd blend well make a fine paste.
  2. Now heat ghee on a pot, add a whole garam masala crackle it.
  3. Add G.G paste to make brown.
  4. Now add turmeric, chili powder, G.M powder, Kaju paste, onion paste, Tomato puree, salt, and cook well up to it become done. When ready, use as required.
